1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the purchase of Pule Cheese, an ultra-rare product from the Serbian farm Pule Cheese, available for sale on this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Product Exclusivity and Pricing
Pule Cheese is produced in extremely limited quantities from donkey milk, requiring specialized production. Pricing is set at €1,000 per kilogram and is non-negotiable. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include local Serbian taxes, but exclude international shipping and any potential import duties imposed by the buyer’s country.
3. Order Processing and Delivery Times
Due to the complexity and fresh nature of production, Pule Cheese is produced after an order is placed. The delivery process is as follows:
- Orders enter a production queue immediately upon successful payment.
- Delivery times can range from 30 to 90 days maximum, depending on demand and production yield.
- All shipments are sent via express refrigerated courier once dispatched from Serbia.
- We appreciate your waiting; this wait is necessary to ensure the ultra-rare quality and freshness of the product.
4. General Refund and Return Policy
Given the highly specialized, luxury food nature of Pule Cheese, please be advised of our strict policy:
Refunds are strictly not accepted after the payment is successfully made. All sales are final and non-reversible. Due to the extremely specialized, complex process and the long time required to create this cheese from scratch, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances once production has begun.
5. Customs and Non-Delivery Policy (STRICT)
RISK OF CUSTOMS BLOCKAGE AND NO REFUND:
Pule Cheese uses specialized refrigerated couriers and complies with all export regulations in Serbia. However, we cannot guarantee delivery if your local country’s customs authority blocks the cheese due to specific import restrictions. This risk is entirely assumed by the buyer.
Due to the complexity, time, and cost involved in the fresh production of this ultra-rare product, Pule Cheese is non-refundable in any circumstance after the order is made, including failure to pass customs.
ACTION REQUIRED FOR NON-DELIVERY:
If you have not received your product within the maximum delivery window of 90 days, you must contact us immediately via email ([email protected]) so we can initiate an investigation with the courier and customs authorities. Please note that initiating an investigation does not guarantee a refund.
6. Liability
Pule Cheese is a Serbian food producer. We make no medical or health claims regarding our product. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the cheese itself. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, shipping company negligence, or governmental/customs actions beyond the point of export from Serbia.
